Problem Statement: In both military and peace-time scenarios, the effective and stealthy operation of submarines and Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) necessitates reliable underwater communication and advanced detection and ranging capabilities.

Specifically:
Military and Peace-Time Requirement:
A solution is imperative to enable submarines and warships to establish discreet two-way communication at close proximity, especially at rendezvous (RDV) points, without compromising their stealth. Furthermore, there is a critical need for solutions that provide detection and ranging capabilities to facilitate regular bathymetry studies. These studies are vital for maintaining a consistent and up-to-date understanding of the ever-shifting submerged topography in and around naval ports and dockyards, which often experience changes due to the natural accumulation of sand and silt.

Military War-Time Requirement:
In military wartime operations, the efficient dispatch of mission-critical data from aircraft to submarines or from warships to submarines is paramount. This data is vital for informing submarines about target sightings, thereby enabling timely intervention, such as missile strikes. Additionally, there is an urgent requirement for advanced detection and ranging capabilities to scan the seas for the presence of enemy mines, AUVs, and hostile submarines, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of naval operations.

The first version (V1) can reach 50 meters underwater, the second version (V2) will go to 75 meters underwater, and the third one (V3) can reach up to 30 meters from the air to the water. Additionally, the difficulty of shooting down drones is compounded by their compact size and cost-effectiveness.

In peaceful times, armed forces face the critical task of detecting and neutralizing both low-flying and high-altitude spy drones that threaten vital fixed installations such as air bases and army camps.
