About the founder:
I am a 35-year-old individual who is currently employed as a full-time supervisor at a local pharmacy store. Although I did not complete college, I have embarked on a new journey to further my education. Recently, I enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Clinical Nutrition at Osmania University in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
My passion for fitness and bodybuilding began during my teenage years, but due to familial responsibilities and financial constraints, I was unable to pursue it. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with diabetes which proved to be a pivotal moment in my life. I started researching ways to treat my condition without relying on medication and through exercise and diet, I have been able to control my diabetes without medication for the past two years.
As part of my desire to help others, I have been active on social media platforms for the past year, and, particularly in the last three months, I have been more actively engaged in sharing my knowledge and tools. My vision is to reach as many people as possible worldwide and equip them with the necessary information to manage their health conditions without medication, ultimately leading to a healthy lifestyle.
