Partner 2 is also 36 years old and has a background in investment and creative marketing and interior design. Finally, Partner 3 is 37 years old and has 18 years of experience in various family businesses, including furniture, clothing, and foods and beverages. They are an expert in quality control. Together, the three partners bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to this project, ensuring its success and the satisfaction of its customers. The promoters have invested a total of 1 crore INR, including their time and effort, up to phase 1 completion. The project cost is estimated to be 1.5 crores INR. The promoters are seeking an investment of 25 to 30 lakhs INR on a 10% profit-sharing basis after all expenses have been taken into consideration. The business has a unique theme-based adventure tent stay on Ertugrul and Osman, which is a well-known and popular series. The business has multiple sources of income, including income from letting out tents on a per-night basis, party venue income from functions like birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings, goat farming, and restaurant income. Currently, there are 10 tents available, and after the investment, one villa tent and eight standard tents will be constructed in two months. After being fully operational, the expected total revenue is 13,81,000 INR. The operational costs are estimated to be 3,50,000 INR, and taxes and government expenses are estimated to be 2,00,000 INR.
